« The use of the Vasque Vive has become an essential and systematic step in our winemaking process. It is now fully integrated into our biodynamic practices. The wine gains a brighter, more energetic and more vibrant character. After several scientifically structured trials over multiple vintages, these results were confirmed through numerous tastings and sensitive crystallisation tests carried out by Margarethe Chapelle."

« The Experimental Ecological Farm of La Roquette aims to cultivate spirulina as naturally as possible. Deeply committed to the quality of our production, we naturally accepted Jérémie’s proposal to test his Vasques Vives on one of our ponds, with the other pond serving as a control.
This two-month experiment demonstrated the benefits of the Vasques Vives on many levels, including productivity, which increased by 10 to 15%."

« The use of Vasques Vives during the fermentation of white wines helps to harmonise the process and make it very consistent. They allow us to achieve greater complexity and depth in the wine. »

« I use the Vasque Vive during the pumping-over stage of winemaking. I’ve moved from a traditional pumping-over process to one that uses the Vasque Vive. We produce natural wine, and this method allows better control of oxidation, reduces the risk of acetic fermentation, and generally ensures a more stable fermentation. We carried out a sensitive crystallisation test a few years ago, before and after using the Vasque Vive, and the result was clear: the centre of the crystallisation was much more harmonious. There is a definite energetic gain. »
« I have had a Vasque Vive for two years. I bought it because my pond, which I use for irrigation, was overrun with algae. I wanted to prevent oxygen depletion and putrefaction. The water comes from a spring. Within a month, I saw the difference: the water became clear and transparent, free of algae. I also feel that more life has developed around the pond, though I cannot say that for certain. Regarding the water I use for watering seedlings in trays and containers in the greenhouse, I’ve gained two extra days of moisture compared with water not circulated through the Vasque Vive. »
"To our knowledge, we were the first orchard to install Vasques Vives, 15 years ago, in 2008. We built a bean-shaped reservoir from scratch to create both surface and convection movements. The 65,000 m³ pond is gravity-fed, and all the water passes through the Vasques Vives. This pond irrigates 17 hectares. The water quality is excellent — you can see the bottom at a depth of 1.5 metres! The Vasques Vives were installed right from the start. The pond is teeming with fish, even though none were ever introduced. What’s more, the vitality of the fish population is remarkable: reproduction is excellent, and there are no nitrate issues or fish odours. It’s as if the Vasques accelerated the establishment of life and natural balance, which took just two to three years."

" We use the Vasques during winemaking to oxygenate the must at key stages when the yeasts need oxygen for their growth. We use them for both white and red wines. For the past two years, I’ve applied two passes — the first when the tank has lost 10 density points, and the second the following day. This really helps oxygenate the must, and I’ve noticed that the sugars finish fermenting more completely. The Vasque Vive brings a certain fluidity and gentle oxygenation at a time when the must could otherwise be stressed from a lack of oxygen. Its smooth, harmonious movement makes it an excellent compromise.
The third use is with finished wine, when there is a specific reduction issue: rather than a traditional racking, we use the Vasque Vive to combine sulphur compounds, provide oxygen, and rebalance the redox level. " http://www.chappaz.ch/
"We have been using Vasques Vives for about ten years during the fermentation of our wines. We have found that using Vasques Vives significantly speeds up fermentation (it now takes less than fifteen days regardless of the vintage, compared with two months without Vasques Vives). Fermentations are faster, more consistent, and the wines have more energy. Despite our terroir being highly prone to reduction, we no longer experience any reduction problems since we began working with Vasques Vives. We have also noticed fewer sanitary issues during fermentation."
« The installation of this Vasque Vive was nothing short of revolutionary — and that’s not an exaggeration. The water became completely transparent. The Vasque Vive was installed in an ornamental pond that already had a filtration system with pozzolana and aquatic plants, combined with the addition of EM (Effective Microorganisms).
I believe the combination of Vasque Vive and Effective Microorganisms is simply ideal.»
Since installing the Vasques Vives, the water lilies have flourished like never before. They’ve been there for years, but they have never bloomed as much as they have this year. It’s been two months since the Vasques were installed — before, there were only a few flowers, and now they are everywhere. The fish have also completely changed: they are much more active and energetic. The quality of the water has also improved dramatically; it has never been this clear. The overall atmosphere of the pond feels much more alive and harmonious, even though it was built several years ago (six years ago).

"I installed a Vasque Vive on my 20 m³ Koi carp pond about seven months ago. The Vasque Vive keeps the pond’s oxygenation level perfectly stable. I only run it once a month, yet the oxygen level remains sufficient for all my Koi carp until the following month."

« I’ve finally finished hiding the Vasque structure with stones. I’m delighted with the result — the water has never been this clear.
Thank you again!» F. Verchere
« Water that remains pure, with a strong and stable energetic charge. Beautiful rhythms, distributed with precision and consistency. Powerful and full of life. When you look at it, it’s hard to believe it comes from the same source as the control sample. But on closer observation, you can identify certain morphological traits confirming it is indeed the same water. The preservation of water’s natural balance is highlighted — without any of the usual drawbacks. »

« I use the Vasques Vives on my 550 m³ irrigation pond to circulate the water and limit algae growth. It works really well! We run them for a few hours each day, varying the operating times throughout the day to capture different ambient conditions. »
